This successful and profitable NDIS business also provides home care packages, and private care to their customers.
Fully audited in recent months, with 11 service registrations, as well as being an Aged Care Provider, this business adequately services the needs of the community, with much more potential to continue to add services and improve the lives of their patients and families.
The business employs around 130 carers and is operated by 20 permanent staff including recruiting, scheduling, and patient need assessment, bookkeeping and administration.
The business is proactively growing the Aged Care and Home Care services, which currently account for around 15% of the business, with NDIS making up around 60%.
This is a turnkey business, with the shares of the company being sold. FY23 revenue reached circa $9,256,000; an increase of 30% on FY22.
Although the role of the owner in the business is not in a key person capacity, only prospective buyers with experience in the NDIS or healthcare space, or investors with an existing partner who has some level of exposure to the industry will be approved for further disclosure.
