The mineral water is recognised as the best still water in the world. In 2018, the mineral water won "best still water" at the Zenith Global Water Awards, known as the most prestigious water competition on the planet.


This freehold and business opportunity is not currently in production, and the opportunity has been priced accordingly to inspire a quick sale on a WIWO basis. This is an incredibly rare asset with untapped opportunity. Pun intended!


The water supply is licensed for over 37,000,000 litres per year. Production costs land the finished product for 250ml, 500ml and 1Ltr at $1.09, $1.21 and $1.61 respectively. This allows excellent margin, as an example 1Ltr mineral water will wholesale for above $4 per unit.


The acquisition includes an approximately 3.4 hectare property less than 2 hours from Sydney with a 4 bedroom house. The property is located in a lush rural environment very close to major roads with easy access to Metro Sydney.


The key untapped asset is an approved licence to extract a high volume of deep high-quality award-winning mineral water. Branding, trademarks and associated IP are all included. Approval is in place for on-site bottling.


High-quality mineral water like this is extremely rare.


Bores pumps and plumbing are already in place and there is rare and difficult to obtain DA approval allowing truck access for moving finished bottled product.


There is secondary potential for an additional large quantity of accessible spring water which is around triple the size of the high-quality water.


The current retail water market is flooded with relatively cheap spring water. The advantage this opportunity brings for a buyer is to gain access to an approved DA in a very tightly regulated market.


The testing phases and testing production runs were completed by the existing owners, however due to their partnership breakdown, they have chosen not to continue with launching the business, so now is the perfect time to capitalise on this significant opportunity.
